The Trance Camp is a program of personal transformation that is a true experience for anyone interested in exploring their connection with creativity and change. We understand Trance as a natural state of learning that comes from within, not as an artificial state created, directed and controlled from outside by someone, a “hypnotist”. In the Trance Camp we will learn how to cultivate higher states of consciousness in order to improve our health, happiness, healing capacity and ability to help others.
NLP is a path of self-knowledge that can allow us to achieve personal excellence. The learning of this discipline begins with the “NLP Practitioner”, where through simple exercises we will discover how we process information, how we access our knowledge and how we set and plan our goals.

Parece justo decir que el uso inmediatamente más evidente del CDF cae en lo que Wilber llamaría el “cuadrante superior izquierdo”, donde la intención del cliente está en el foco. Desde una perspectiva de desarrollo, este dominio del discurso es el de la escucha del cliente como una pregunta de “qué debo hacer y para quién”, así como de “qué puedo saber y hacer, y cuáles son mis opciones”. Por tanto, la aplicación más directa de la FCD parece referirse a campos como el coaching, la psicoterapia, la mediación, la consultoría individual y el autodesarrollo, en los que el comportamiento intencional es primordial. Sin embargo, las ideas básicas y los conocimientos de la FCD se extienden a los campos que residen en el “cuadrante inferior izquierdo” (LL) de Wilber, donde residen las cuestiones sociales corporativas, comunitarias y globales, si no también en su “cuadrante inferior derecho” (LR), donde se centran los sistemas sociales y organizativos.
En mi volumen 2, centrado en la estructura necesaria de las organizaciones, he abordado el LL y el LR en términos de evaluación, es decir, una “métrica de la capacidad”. Con dicha métrica me refería a una forma de muestreo de los perfiles de desarrollo de los colaboradores en el nivel superior de una organización, especialmente los miembros de la junta directiva y el equipo ejecutivo, pero posiblemente también los mandos intermedios. Desde una perspectiva socio-emocional, en mi volumen 1, diseñé una tipología de equipo por la que los equipos se caracterizan como “equilibrados”, y “divididos hacia arriba” y “hacia abajo” en términos de creación de significado. Por equipos divididos hacia arriba me refería a equipos en los que la mayoría de los miembros del equipo residen en niveles socio-emocionales más altos, y una minoría en niveles más bajos, y viceversa para los equipos divididos hacia abajo. En mi opinión, esta característica de los equipos queda subsumida en la noción de métrica de la capacidad.
