How is neurological rehabilitation performed?
Neurological rehabilitation is a process supervised by an interdisciplinary team through which people who have suffered some alteration of the nervous system, can achieve an improvement in their functionality, their independence to carry out activities of daily living and find a better life.
How does neurological therapy work?
Neurological physiotherapy focuses on improving the patient’s mobility. To do so, it creates new neurological pathways and reinforces the existing ones so that movement can take place. Thus, it will treat the different motor disorders affected by a lesion at the level of the Central Nervous System (CNS).
What is Neurohabilitation?
Neurohabilitation is a diagnostic and therapeutic method designed to offer the possibility of an early clinical-diagnostic approach to prevent the sequelae of brain injury in newborns and infants at risk of neurological damage.

Annual rehabilitation and neuropsychology conferences are held, with the participation of distinguished experts from other countries. At the same time, a biweekly athenaeum allows and encourages the discussion of clinical cases and continuous training. In this way, the opinion of the entire rehabilitation team and specialists in the different areas is heard. These athenaeums are in addition to others -numerous- of the different subspecialties, which are also held weekly. The participation in research projects and in congresses of the related specialties encourages and promotes the clinical and human excellence of all its members.
